four years ago, i met a very awesome person.

 

very certain and true to me.

 

i was young and very naive.

 

we lost contacts.

 

then we met some people who linked us again.

 

 

on a very unexpected day, we've met again.

 

 

both of us were very busy, and that we forgot to update each other again.

 

 

then one day, it was brought to my attention that we'll never see each other for real.

 

 

people just come and go...

 

 

that person left me, that's when i realized the value of our friendship.

my 10-cents worth : some people are meant to just pass in our lives. some stay, some go, and yes, some come back...i think we shud think back and ask ourselves how a person has touched our life?...in my experience, some of the ppol who left & hurt me turned out to be the ppol who have made me stronger. i believe dat der r no coincidences. everything happens according to His plan. but we need to ask Him to grant us discernment so we'll understand the coming & going of ppol in our lives.
but of course, i realized their purpose in my life a few years after they've left...but what's important is, d lesson/s learned...yun lang ;- )

you are absolutely right, wini. it's hard to admit why some things are beyond our control or really not meant for us.

awww bon. cheer up. if it's not a happy ending, maybe it isn't the ending just yet. and in the end, we all do that--we pass through people's lives. and in relationships, can we really claim permanence? we just make the most of it while it's there. i think if people accept that basic fact, we'd all be happier. but i do not discount the fact that we feel pain when something ends.
